From a very young age, Tom Cusano had a dream to build and restore buildings and re-purpose those that had been left behind. In 2004, he bought the old Spaulding Fiber building in Rochester, NH. It was empty and no longer in use. Now there are more than a dozen thriving businesses that call the Spaulding Ave Industrial Complex their home.
As more communities experienced the challenges of economic recessions, Tom formed another company that would become, Milton Hilton, LLC. We develop property and bring it back to life with restoration and new features that will attract businesses. In doing so, we take special care to preserve the historic character of each site we revive while breathing new and innovative life into each new space.
